Included email is not automatically the lowest-cost email
Compare the complete three-year communication cost rather than the first free period. Include mailbox renewals, extra users, storage upgrades, migration work, archiving, spam protection, and the cost of downtime if DNS or delivery fails.
Mailbox count
Count real people and functional addresses such as support, billing, contact, orders, and privacy. Aliases and forwarders are not always equivalent to full mailboxes.
Free period
A one-month or three-month trial is different from a permanent plan inclusion. Record the expiration date and auto-renew status immediately.
Storage
A provider may advertise unlimited accounts while limiting combined storage. Large attachments and long retention can exhaust the shared quota.
Sending limits
